Tinsae Adela, BScN, RN
Lead Caregiver
Tinsae Adela is a Registered Nurse (RN) in Ottawa. She holds a degree in nursing from the University of Ottawa. Her career in healthcare spans over a decade, showcasing a journey of remarkable growth and dedication. Tinsae has worked at all levels of nursing healthcare in both public and private settings.
Her experience includes obtaining a Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate in 2013 and working in long-term care homes, rehabilitation hospitals, and community health centers, which helped her lay a solid foundation in patient care.
Tinsae also earned a Diploma in Nursing (RPN) in 2016 from Algonquin College, transitioning to roles in acute care hospitals and home care nursing, which included working in inner city environments and providing palliative care.
Her experience as an RN in the emergency department adds a critical dimension to her expertise, equipping her with the skills to handle high-pressure situations and complex care needs.
Kanon Clifford, DBA(c), LL.B., LL.M.
Operations Manager
Whether it is problem-solving with a fine-comb analysis, communication and teamwork in everyday situations, or appreciable compassion for individuals, Kanon always finds meaning in his work. He brings experience from both the business and legal worlds, where he has spent most of his career with a foot in both worlds.
Through his business background, he has successfully managed multiple ventures while balancing his post-graduate education. He has also played a significant role in overseeing the growth of his family’s small county law firm to becoming a Top 10 Personal Injury Law Firm in Canada.
Through his legal background, he has learned to be a fierce advocate for his clients, undertake diligent and meticulous research skills, and manage complex multi-jurisdictional litigation. Kanon is excited to apply these skills to Bekta Healthcare and provide cutting-edge medical care at affordable prices.
